The founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Soin International is Mr. Rajesh K. Soin, a successful businessman known throughout the world for his business acumen, leadership and expertise in growth oriented businesses covering multiple industries. The Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio is an example of Mr. Soin's steadfast dedication to world class leadership.

Mr. Soin started his business career in 1971 with Firestone Tire and Rubber Company as an Industrial Engineer before joining Williams International as Manager of Corporate Systems in 1978. At Williams his responsibilities also included the departments of industrial engineering, operations planning, scheduling and management systems.

The most prominent among Mr. Soin's successes is his first, MTC Technologies Inc., now privately owned by BAE Systems. Mr. Soin founded MTC with his wife in 1984 as a multifaceted, high-technology and engineering services company that grew in 22 years to over $400 million in sales. At the time, MTC was sold to BAE Systems, its was Ohio's largest defense contractor employing nearly 2,900 people worldwide in 40 locations.

Mr. Soin graduated from Delhi University in India in 1969 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He received a master's degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University in 1971. Mr. Soin has continued his studies in business, management and finance at Bradley University, Illinois State University, Harvard University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1978, Mr. Soin and his wife proudly became American citizens.

Sandra Slone is Executive Assistant to Mr. Rajesh K. Soin and is responsible for all administrative functions at Soin International headquarters.

Ms. Slone has extensive experience as an executive assistant. She held similar positions for the President and CEO of Amcast Corp. in Dayton, Ohio (1997-2002) and the President and CEO of Gosiger, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio (1995-1997). Ms. Slone was also Regional Office Coordinator for Lockheed Martin Corporation in Dayton, Ohio for more than 20 years. She is a recipient of the prestigious James S. Cogswell Award - the highest Department of Defense security award given for outstanding industrial security performance.

Ms. Slone studied business administration at Eastern Kentucky University.

Vishal Soin

Vishal Soin is Executive Vice President of Soin International and is responsible for the management of strategic investments. Mr. Soin is also a partner and the Managing Director of Soin Capital, LLC.

Mr. Soin has experience in a variety of industries including defense contracting, IT, software development, investment management and composites manufacturing. Mr. Soin was previously Chairman & CEO of International Consultants, Inc. a leading provider of professional technical services to the U.S. Army.

He holds a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from Purdue University and graduated from the Young Executives Institute of the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina.

Mr. Soin serves as Wright State University Board Trustee and is on the board of directors for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Dayton Partnership, and The Children's Medical Center of Dayton.

Kevin A. Robie

Kevin Robie is Vice President of Portfolio Management responsible for providing strategic management, acquisition diligence, administrative support and financial services to the Soin International portfolio of businesses.

Mr. Robie began his career in 1981 with The Reynolds & Reynolds Company in Dayton, Ohio holding several senior level positions for more than 20 years. In 2001, Mr. Robie was named Vice President of Marketing for The Relizon Company, an $800 million document management and business process outsourcing provider now known as WorkflowOne.

Mr. Robie holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Dayton and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and finance also from the University of Dayton.

Mr. Robie currently holds the position of President and Treasurer Board of Directors for two National Heritage Academy Charter Schools in Dayton, Ohio. National Heritage Academy owns and operates over 50 charter schools nationwide. Mr. Robie serves as Board Trustee for The Entrepreneurs Center, an incubator for technology enterprises.

Sandy Rawnsley serves as Corporate Paralegal responsible for overseeing and coordinating all legal and real estate matters and contract reviews for Soin International and certain subsidiaries and affiliates.

Ms. Rawnsley has more than 20 years experience in diverse law offices and corporate environments with responsibilities that included drafting annual proxies and 10-K items, SEC compliance filings, NAFTA and AALA certifications, acquisition due diligence work, divestitures, probate and domestic relations case work, and drafting pleadings.

Ms. Rawnsley previously was a Sr. Paralegal for Amcast Industrial Corporation in Dayton, Ohio and a Corporate Paralegal with the prestigious Dayton law firm Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard, now named Coolidge Wall.

Ms. Rawnsley holds an associate's degree in legal assisting from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to her responsibilities at Soin International, Ms. Rawnsley is a Trustee of a local community Home Owners Association.
