Affiliate companies of Soin International are unrelated companies - four based in the U.S. and one located in Mumbai, India. Though the Soin family holds various levels of financial ownership, Mr. Rajesh Soin maintains a seat on each company's board of directors and takes an active role in strategic guidance.

- Provides gift certificates for thousands of restaurants and merchants in the U.S.
- Garuda Cotex Shades, Ltd.:
- Based in Mumbai, India and supplies dyed cotton yarn used in garments worldwide.
- Interventional Imaging, Inc.:
- A medical device company focused on vascular imaging.
- RavenRock Workwear, Inc.:
- Retailer of high performance, rugged workwear, work boots, safety gear and rain gear
